An Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) adult in custody, Travis Charles Winn, died October 29, 2024. Winn was incarcerated at South Fork Forest Camp (SFFC) in Tillamook. As with all in-custody deaths, the Oregon State Police have been notified, and the State Medical Examiner will determine cause of death.Winn entered DOC custody on November 1, 2012, from Marion County with an earliest release date of February 26, 2026.
